Is there an XF rack version or does the XS Rack have extended Flash memory capability that the XS keyboards dont have?

There is no Rack XF model, and the Rack XS doesn’t have flash memory beyond that of the keyboard model. In fact, even SDRAM modules (DIMMs), optional for the Motif XS (keyboard), can’t be added to the Rack XS. Motif Rack models have no sampling capability, hence no need for storage of that type of data. Ultimately what that means is Rack models can’t load samples found in sample libraries.

Real pity they dont make an Xf rack.

Seems my upgrade path will have to be XF.
I was hoping to get a smaller setup.
Using a Stage piano like cp series with a non-existing
XF rack would have been ideal.

But that seems to be a pipe dream.
