I know this sounds simple, but I cannot seem to figure out how to load my saved patterns on a my usb drive from my old XF6 to my new XF8.
Does anyone have info on this?

Welcome to the forum.

Presuming the USB drive contains either “All"/X3A or “All Pattern"/X3P files, see Loading all user data or all data of a specific type on page 243 of the XF Reference Manual (http://download.yamaha.com/file/48531).
