I want this sample to go across all the keys how do I do that on the Motif Xs?

You’ll need to edit the Key Range.

See Sampling Edit on page 167 of the XS Owner’s Manual (http://download.yamaha.com/file/10074).
Then see (9) Key Range on page 170, which will allow you to set the lowest and highest key the sample will play on. Note that a single sample stretched over a large range might not sound good when played too far from the root key.
