Hi, when I update the firmware of the Motif XS will I lose the songs and patterns I have stored in it ?

Read the “Readme” file that comes with the OS download. It explains that you should save an “All” file before doing the update, so that your User data can be reloaded afterward. Not every update will delete your Songs, Patterns, etc., but do a backup first, rather than have regrets later. |
