Dear reader, I have an S90XS in my classroom. When I power it up, the display reads “USB memory not found! PRESS INC/YES : retry. No matter what button I press, nothing happens. Can someone please tell me how to solve this problem step by step? It is quite urgent, since I need the S90XS for my ensemble lessons at the conservatory of music. Thank you!

Does the display say anything else? (Such as “Searching for the firmware updater...”.) |
