How to turn Vocoder mic off except when using Vocoder voice

Greetings forum!
When I use the vocoder on the Motif XF it seems the mic is ‘on’ when I move to other voices. Is there a way to have the A/D input to be active for an individual voice and off for other voices? I use the vocoder on stage.

In Voice mode the A/D volume level setting is Global, via Utility mode - all of the Voices are affected.

Th A/D volume level can be individually set per program in Performance, Song, and Pattern modes.

One way to deal with the issue in Voice mode is to use a mic that has a built-in on/off (muting) switch. In-line mic switches are also available as an accessory, if the mic you use doesn’t have a built-in switch.
