I figured it out. In MASTER mode I had to go to EDIT and COMMON EDIT and change the PRESET volume for those ZONES/Parts to zero because the preset was set to 100 so every time I pressed STORE it would reset to 100.

Thanks for that 5pinDIN.

Now that you linked it, I recall seeing that post in real time, but it certainly slipped my mind for this thread!

An ongoing reminder that this machine certainly has its quirks!

An ongoing reminder that this machine certainly has its quirks!

One of the reasons I participate here is that it helps me remember some of the less obvious “features” of the Motifs.  :-)
