Welcome to the forum.

If you have access to a Motif XF…
Load XS data to the XF, save an XF “all” file, then load that to the MOXF.

If a Motif XF isn’t available, and perhaps even if it is…

Total Librarian for the MOXF should be able to load XS files (.X0A/.X0V/.X0E), and the compatible data can then be sent to the connected MOXF.
