What do I have to do on my Yamaha motif XF7 to make sure that the output volume for all voices and performances can be adjusted with the Yamaha FC7 foot controller?

Welcome to the forum.

The setting for Voices is global - it affects all of them. For Performances (and Mixings) it’s on an individual program basis.

See MIDI Receive settings on page 116 of the XF Reference Manual (http://download.yamaha.com/file/48531).

Also see Controller Settings on page 230 of the Reference Manual.

By the way, please post future XF-related questions in its own forum…
