If I am in performance mode, is there a way I can either assign a low pass or high pass filter to the entire performance and use a foot controller to sweep the cutoff?  Is there a way to accomplish this in voice mode?

Although discussed from a MOXF perspective, you might find these threads interesting:

For Voice mode see [F4] CTL SET (Controller Set) on page 32 of the MOX Reference Manual. As per the MOX data List, Controller Set Destination 98 is Cutoff Frequency.

Thanks for the reply.  Looks like there’s no simple way to assign it on a per-performance basis.  That’s a shame!  The killer is that there’s a knob to adjust cutoff but there’s just no way to assign a foot controller to control it.

That depends what you mean by “per-performance”.

The Assign 1 (AS1, CC#16) and Assign 2 (AS2, CC#17) knobs can be assigned in a Voice to Destination “cutoff” - see my previous post above. In Utility mode a Foot Controller could be set to CC#16 or CC#17 - see page 146 of the MOX Reference Manual. With those settings the Voice used as a Part in a Performance could have its cutoff controlled by foot. The Receive Switch settings (page 69) would determine which Part(s) respond.

Perhaps that would meet your needs.
