I’ve been away from the forum for a while.  I was catching up and from the following thread I was shocked to learn that people like Bad_Mister and other Yamaha employees are not allowed to post on the forum anymore.

Any insights or links as to the rationale?  Obviously searching for Bad_Mister will return a ton of links. This is a great and helpful user community with lots of experts. But I also liked to get the scoop from the horse’s mouth, so to speak.

Phil still posts great info at Yamahasynth.com but you have to ask him there in the forum section pertaining to your particular synth. There are some great informative articles there as well. I agree that Yamahasynth.com and yamahamusicsoft.com are both “clunky”. They’re both hard to navigate, kinda 2d graphics wise, and contain overlapping data and info.
