Maybe someone can help me. There was a promo package available for Mx 61 and 49 purchases. I was told by Yamaha and the music store these were available. My purchase met the time line criteria for the promo. I filled out the paper work and sent it in per the direction.
After waiting for almost (3) months, Yamaha Canada send me an email message saying the promotion was only available for people whp purchased their MX in Canada. I think this is BS. Yamaha customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
Can anyone enlighten me on this?

I don’t see the MX PREMIUM PACK any longer on the United States Yamaha web page.
