Hi everyone, Alot is said about using Cubase with the MX. I already have Mixcraft installed and Im a little more familiar with it than other DAW’s.
Will there be any problems using this DAW? I read that audio signals can be transferred to the computer via USB from the MX, will this feature be available on Mixcraft?

Hi Ian.,

Welcome to Motifator.

Your MX should work very nicely with a range of DAWs. Yamaha only get behind Cubase because they own it.

So, If you already have Mixcraft installed and already own an MX, then there’s nothing to stop you from trying it out.

You didn’t mention what kind of computer and OS you run, so there’s very little anyone can say to help you further.
