Why the presets in mode song are different than mode prog?? The sounds in mode song are so less loudness....

There are two reasons:

1. In song and pattern mode, the default volume is reduced to 100 (out of 127) because with 16 tracks mixed together this keeps the overall volume under control. If you like, you can turn track volumes up in the Mixing screen.

2. In song and pattern mode, all voices do not have access to their insert effects. The inserts ofter contribute to the overall volume of the voices (compression being a good example).
