Just had to share this one . .

I’m sequencing on a mash-up of “Love, Love, Love” and “Obla-Di Obla- Da” by the Beatles.

Going back and forth between sections, there are slight tempo adjustments, plus several time signature changes in “Love. . “

I wasn’t looking forward to the labor of spending lots of time in the tempo track with all this though.

No problem - - all I had to sequence was about 6 sections of music (verse, cho, etc. of each piece.)

I started with Bass and Kick drum only at first.  Then I labeled each section in the arranger track, made an order of sections, and hit the “flatten” function . . .

When it “flattened” out . . . the exact arrangement came out, and all the measures of 4/6/7, as well as the tempo changes were included.  VOILA!

Now I can add the other parts on top.

“flatten” function . . .

Well, I’ll have to learn something new tomorrow! :)
This sounds like an interesting tutorial.
