I’ve spent the last several days getting myself familiar with Cubase and Vst in order to move projects into Cubase. I’ve gone through all the tutorials in the articles section several times and have been playing around learning how all this is done. But.... I’m missing something and I am not sure where I am going wrong. I can successfully import audio into Cubase as instructed but getting the midi data there is not working (obviously operator error on my part). Part of my confusion maybe is the documentation here is split up into several parts and I find myself going back and forth between articles trying to get this to work. Is there perhaps a condensed “cheat sheet” that runs through the process in one document showing the process from audio to midi import into cubase? Sorry for being a complete pain… |

See this post under the Motif XF forum. I posted this and then Bad_Mister gave me a cheat sheet for recording midi and audio. XF & Cubase Ai6 - FW & Spooling Hope it helps. |

While there is a lot of good info in there the XF MOX interfaces are not entirely the same. |

Just a bump to see if anyone has a MOX cheat sheet for moving audio and midi to cubase/vst. |
