Is it possible to reload the flashboard after factory reset. The flashboard shows the files are still there by the amount of memory used, however the sounds are not showing up under voices.

When the FLASH BOARD has Samples already installed (and you can verify this by pressing [FILE] > [F1] CONFIG > [SF1] CURRENT… the right side of the screen will report the Expansion Module...). If as you say your data is already there… this is when you would opt to Load by clearing the box that says “with Sample”.
You will also want to check to see if the WAVEFORMS are still listed. Here’s how:
Having determined what you need to load…

Thank you for your help Bad Mister. I followed your loading steps.... Set type to all, but when I went to the directory on the right of the screen, there was nothing to highlight as it was blank. Not sure why nothing was showing, as the waveforms were listed per your instructions. There was no x6A file listed...All blank. |

There is only a file listed if you made a Backup prior the factory reset. |

Correct.
If you have no backup file, then you have no record of what you placed on your FLASH BOARD.
Assumed you read the README File that accompanies the UPDATE - had you read it and understood it you would have followed the instructions and made an ALL data file that would restore your Voices: From the UPDATER’s README File: Updating Procedure
NOTICE:
When you need to backup the data written in the Flash Memory Expansion Module, set the Type to “All” and unmark the “with sample” check box in the File mode. Moreover, when you load backup data, set the Type to “All” and unmark the “with sample” check box in the File mode.
After you’ve completed the update and reboot the MOXF, the message “New Flash Memory Module, Please load waveform data” will be displayed. Load the backup data (the message disappears).
