On the MOXF the flash board is for loading new sounds, but can it be used to expand internal memory? If it can’t, is there any difference in the internal memory capacity between the MOX and the MOXF? Thanks, Dave |

If you’re referring to User memory, such as for User Voices, Performances, etc., then the MOX and MOXF have the same capacity, and a flash board does not increase that memory in the MOXF. |

The internal memory of the MOXF is divided into PRESET and USER memory. The PRESET memory of the MOXF consists of 741MB of Wave ROM, some 3,977 Waveforms making 1152 Normal/72 Preset Drum Voices… compared to the MOX which was 355MB of Wave ROM, 2,670 Waveforms making 1024 Normal/64 Preset Drum Voices. The number of Preset Arpeggio Phrases in internal memory also increased from 6,720 to 7,981.
So in fact the internal Wave ROM is more than double in size to that of the MOX.
