I’m not surprised, given his recent exchanges with Bad_Mister. The voice mail deal was odd, as was missing the 5 minute window. Not withstanding preparing a rebuttal to their “defense”. I bet the shop’s diggin their $3.50 commission.

Exactly the same thing has happened to an order I placed on Friday night (13th).  I must stress I’m not wading in to complain but if there is a problem in the procedure then feedback is essential to make sure it gets sorted for the future.

I’m not flapping over it because it is after all not a life or death item.

I’ve emailed Keyfax but I appreciate I probably won’t get a response until Tuesday seeing as I’m in the UK.

Just saying is all…
