Hi there,
I am thinking of buying a second hand Apple Mac mini, it has a FireWire port and was wondering if anyone has used one with the fw16e and if experienced any issues.
The Mac mini has snow leopard installed and is dual core 2ghz.
I need something small and light to take with my motif xs6, may even consider mac book pro.
I’m using a rack mounted carillon pc at moment but I’m thinking of lightening the load.
Any pointers appreciated…

I’d like to know as well, if the mac-mini is qualified???
My poor puter died on me today…
