What type of headphones /earphones/iem would be best for listening to my yamaha motif es at home and practicing before a gig?

Closed back, open back, in ear monitor… I the choice is endless.

Got my eye on
Sony mdr-7506 and 7510
Westone um1 iem
Sony mdr-1r
Beyerdynamic dt100

Just want the sound to be clear and natural.

I highly recommend the Yamaha HPH-MT220

I’m in the UK.
Want to spend £80-£130.

Like the look of the yamaha headphones but they are £150 and no reviews online to compare.

Want them for my motif es, need some that are not too big on my head as I may sometimes play live with them and don’t want to look silly with big studio headphones on.

Closed back, open back… Which is better?
