Balanced Hammer has the same weight across all keys
Graded Hammer Standard has different weighting so the lower keys are heavier than the upper keys.

Balanced = equal, even, etc.
Graded = scaled, gradual increase or decrease, etc.

Balanced Hammer action typically has Aftertouch sensors, Graded Hammer action does not.
They have a similar feel, except that one of the weighting grades is used throughout on the BH action.
