I started working on the Motif 6 about 3 and a half years ago… so it’s all I know. I recently started working with software because I want to better the quality of my beats but there are lots of sounds on the motif that I prefer. There are patterns that I want to import into the program as loops too. Is there a way I can import patterns and sounds into this program without low quality sound?

Why is this in the Motif Rack forum instead of the Motif (Classic) forum?????

Patterns: you can record patterns into Live as MIDI clips and use them inside Live as you wish.

Sounds: not in the sense you probably mean. You can record audio from the Motif into Live but you cannot export Rack voices to use with Live instruments.

Read the section in the Live manual about the External Instrument device.
