Hi guys,

The MM6 has headphone out, and a left/right 1/4” inch out.

I want to have audio (NOT MIDI) hooked up to my Fast Track Pro as an input. I assume that would go straight to the TRS inserts.

Question:

Is that the correct way to set it up for audio record? If so, are the TRS inserts on the Fast track Mono, or Stereo? Do I need to have separate L/R on the MM6 combined to a single Stereo jack for the Fast Track Pro?

We are not sure who makes Fast Track Pro - but you should be asking them how to use it properly. We can tell you that the headphone output on the MM6 is specifically for headphones. And the LEFT/RIGHT 1/4” outputs are what you should be connecting to your audio interface’s INPUTS.

What inputs it has and what they are expecting in terms of level, and which ones you should use, should be covered in your Fast Track Pro Owner’s Manual.
