I have tried this many times and don’t understand why it wont’ work.

I HAVE 4 tracks

1 = Logic Software Midi
2- Logic Instrument Audio
3 = Logic Instrument Audio
4 = Motif voice Midi

When I bounce the tracks or export them into audio, ONLY the first three bounce into an audio file.  The last Motif midi does not.  I’ve tried to Bounce or Export and nothing works..

Help Please?

They are all Read Tracks…

You have to record your Motif midi track as audio in Logic (as a seperate track). Then mute the Motif midi track and make your mix. Note: midi is not the same as audio.

Freekey, i realize that mid and audio are different.  But, I’m confused as to why I can’t “BOUNCE” or CONVERT a midi track?  I’ve read the book etc., etc., The three tracks i recorded from logic intruments bounce fine but the midi track from the motif is not bouncing at all.  i shouldn’t have to record the midi to an audio… isn’t that the idea in Logic to convert the track?
