I can’t understand as to why workstations don’t have grid sequencing and editing??? that would just be awswome, I think its long overdue, but there is a way to do it, on FL save your sequence as smf and load it up on the motif, change the voice sounds and there ,

I would love to see Yamaha update the RS7000 desktop sampler to use modern storage media, etc, and combine it’s superb sequencing options - some of the best ever seen in a hardware unit - with the synth possibilities of the Motif. A new Motif desktop unit - I’d buy it in a minute!

G4s i could not agree with you more. the sequencer in the RS7000 is superb, all it needs is the
updates you described. well put! will we see a new one? dubious! but if we do I’ll buy it in a minute to.
