Is it possible to create a custom drum kit with the Rack ES?

If so, how do i do so?

Thanks.

Yes, it is.

There are some Third Party tools to create your own kit, but there’s also a lot of detail in the user manual to get your started.

Now, your kit must include the On-Board SOUNDS on the rack; you can’t store your own samples.

Thanks guys.  Thats great news.  I will dig out the manual. If there is any link, that would be great as well.

For now, I use Reason Redrum and created some custom ethnic percussion kits to accompany our drummer.  I purchased third party Motif ES samples off Ebay.  It’s not exactly the same quality as Motif ES, but it does the trick during live session.  Not bad at all.
