Hi Guys,

Can you help me with the following problem, please? I’ve tried to resolve it myself but couldn’t and it’s been bugging me for months now…

I can’t get my Motif ES to control the expression of any instrument using the expression pedal in the pattern mode. It works using the Modulation wheel but not when I press the pedal. Do you know why?

I thought that I could set this via: Pattern-Mixing-Edit-Ctlasn-FC1 (that’s where I plugged the pedal in). But if I change this to 11[Express], the pedal works as a volume pedal, not expression. Is there a way how I can change that to control the expression of an instrument?
