Since I installed the driver for USB to Midi and set up the SQ01 to control my Motif, I can no longer get the SQ01 to play sounds from the computer.  Any ideas?

I suppose that you mean that you couldn’t trigger Motif sounds from SQ01? Or you mean that you couldn’t play sounds via your soundcard in computer? Give some more details.
Meanwhille, you should check did you activate MIDI Thru option in SQ01 and in USB driver (see in Control panel if you are Windows user).

Check ‘Control Panel’-> ‘Sounds’.

I found that several products manipulate the volume sliders.
