Hello everybody,

is it possible to use a latch type footswitch (like the BOSS FS-5L) with the assignable foot switch jack in order to control the leslie effect (similarly to the AF1 and AF2 button in latch mode)? Thank you for your help.

Hi Hp,

thank you very much for your reply. In the meantime I have already ordered a Latch Pedal from Thomann (knowing that I could give it back if it doesn’t work :-)). Looking forward to using it soon.

I guess you are the hape13 who also writes “Die Kolumne” in the German Motif News Guide. Great to get to know you here :-).

Yours
uli

Greetings…

Oh yes,

thank you very much - I know, my english is not the very best. ;-))

As you certainly know there is a Motif-Forum in Germany too.

So I think this is the right place to stay international even with a small compromise.

BTW: Thank you working on updates, soundsets and not least - the excellent support.

Best regards,

hp.

To follow up on the original subject: I bought a latch footswitch (http://www.thomann.de/de/lead_foot_lfs1.htm?sid=561a7de9e402c39ac26056ffae9cc65c) and it works perfectly. Switching the Leslie on an off is so much easier now.
Thanks Hape13 for your help. See you in the German forum.

Yeah - OrganSession is incredible. I have been playing nothing but hammond Voices since I bought it. I it so much fun :-). By the way, there is a voice called Hape’s Drawbars. Is it named after you?

Hi Uli,

yes that’s one of my regs. I had the honor of beta-testing and creating some voices and demos for this soundset since summer 2008. BTW: My very first “Kolumne” was inspired by this set too. So if you may have missed it - here we go.

Have fun ...

Hi HP,

I read all the MotifNewsGuides prior to bying my XS. I knew about OrganSession before I even had the Keyboard to play it and it was on my shopping list right from the start. Thanks for your work. By the way: I looked at the Gentlemen Home Page. Your Keyboard Work is impressive!

See you sometime, here or on the German Forum (which, by the way, I can’t access at the moment. Hope there’s nothing wrong with my computer...)

Hi Uli,

thanks a lot “for the flowers”. ;-)

German Forum is offline - for me too.

Nice Weekend,
