Dear Friends,

I assume, the answer to my question is easy, but I somehow cannot find it:

Out of curiosity, I have loaded an ALL file with many USER VOICES to my MOXF6.

I do not like them at all.

How can I delete like 50 USER VOICES at once?

Or should I try a complete Factory Reset?

Thank you very much in advance.

You cannot delete USER VOICES, you can only replace them.

A Factory Set will obviously do that, but beware...it will revert ALL USER DATA (including system settings) back to “out of the box” condition.

As you have found, you can also replace them all at once (by LOADING an ALL File), but you can also replace them a BANK at a time, or even (1) at a time, from your ALL File, by correct setup in your LOAD settings.

(See 1BankVoice and Voice, in the matrix on page 156 of the MOXF Reference Manual)

As cmayhle said, you can’t delete User Voices. Under the circumstances, a factory reset might be appropriate. However, if you wanted to, you could replace User Voices with Initialized ones. That could be done on an individual basis from the MOXF panel, or more extensively with a file.

Thank you cmayhle,
Thank you 5pinDin,

I have decided to initiate a factory reset.
Even better, I have upgraded the firmware, which made a reset automatically.

It gave me the opportunity to make a fresh re-start and get rid of my ‘baby diseases’ on MOXF6 :)

Thank you again
