I now have windows 10 and the only options i have for formatting USB thumb drives is FAT32, NTFS, exFAT.
FAT32 and NTFS dont work.  Will exFAT work?

I can’t transfer anything to my Motif anymore?

Why don’t you format the drives on the ES. Can your computer read them?

As I recall, the ES has issues with thumb drives larger then 2GB. Hard drives though are not a problem, I used a bus powered WD 60GB with mine. Today I have $15 thumb drives bigger than that!
