I was playing around with 7th chords tonight and came up with a short groovy progression and thought I would share it with my MoBro’s.

We start out with a Fm7 and then throw in a little Wurli....

Thanks Joop.

If anyone wants to add a melody to this, let me know and I’ll post the pattern file (XS).

OK. Send me the exact chord scheme. Saves me time. LOL.

So number of bars per chord and the sequence of it.

Hi Jan,

There are 4 bars per chord and the chord sequence is:

F minor 7th
B flat major 7th
F minor 7th
D flat major 7th
C major 7th
F minor 7th

The attached file is a Motif XS pattern file.  After loading the pattern, press F5 (Chain) and PLAY to hear the song.

Pattern A - F minor 7th
Pattern B - B flat major 7th
Pattern C - C major 7th
Pattern D - D flat major 7th
Pattern E - F minor 7th (intro)

Patterns I-P are drum loops.

The chain pattern is: E-B-A-D-C-A.

I look forward to hearing your version. :)

GravitonBlue,

I do not promise anything, but I will give it a shot by only using your chord progession first. Later on I will try out your pattern sequences.
