I tried to install voice editor of s90,but its XP and I am running Win7 64,but I hope I will solve it.My question is:is USB connection needed for working with VE.I have USB 1.0 and USB 2.0 on computer. Are they compatible? Or I should use adapter to slow down speed of computer signal to 1.0?Cant I just use my MIDI in/out connection to interface/computer to work with voice editor?I mean people use Win XP to run Cubase 6,so why wouldnt I try this?Hardware synths are always better than soft ones, thats why I want to use Voice Editor.

Hi and welcome to the forum.
I fear that the S90 VE is a 16-bit application.
I have several utilities of that kind that refuse to run on 64 bits.
You better try to lay hands on a second hand XP machine.
Watch out: there is also XP 64-bit on the market!

;JOOP!

I’ve just installed Voice Editor for S90 with the proper driver for win 7,but no patches names appear in the window as they should.Does it have something to do with choosing MIDI ports;I have several choices for ins/outs:S901,2,3...does anybody knows the solution?
