Sorry I’m sure this question has probably come up before, but I appreciate any help. My DAW is Reason and I want to use my moxf as a midi controller only, how do I set that up? As it’s setup now it plays both sounds from the moxf and the instrument selected in my DAW Reason at the same time.

First, make sure that Local Control is turned off…
[UTILITY] > [F6]MIDI > [SF2]SWITCH > LocalCtrl=off
If not, turn it off and STORE.

If Local Control is already off, then the DAW is probably echoing MIDI back to the MOXF. Stop that if necessary.
