My MIDI Controller is giving random MIDI changes(Dirty Pots) so I want to block them. I can’t seem to do this from the keyboard and I can’t find anything in the Rack ES manual that works.I use this for live work.

Welcome to the forum.

Utility mode settings are covered beginning on page 89 of the Rack ES Owner’s Manual. Bank Select Switch and Program Change Switch can be turned off - see page 91 - which may or may not resolve your particular problem.
