The USB is now fully class compliant with Windows, Mac and iOS for both MIDI and audio, no drivers needed any more...this is a really big deal, no need to update drivers every time you change computers and get a new OS. It has support for the iOS FM Essentials instrument so (some) parameters can be controlled from the MX knobs.
