It’s really hard to say what it is, and like a lot of great records, it’s probably not a preset.

Whatever it is, it sounds like it’s going through a low pass filter of some kind. There may be something similar to a gentle touch wah on it too.

I’d probably start by filtering down a rhodes, a basic organ or a jazz guitar voice and see how that turns out.

It may also be a bass voice in a higher register, because it has a kind of fretless quality about it, too.

There’s almost a flutey woodwind like quality too, but again, filtered off.

It sounds like it’s played in thirds or another complimentary interval.

Add delay and verb to taste.
