I have only used the midi file from Steelyfan without adding any note by myself. I only selected the MOTIF XS voices and rearranged the tracks from the original midi file and copied some extra tracks to other voices as well.

total sound comes from the MOTIFXS8

I hope you like it.

Amazing how just by changing the sounds used, the feel of the song can change so much. I had to adjust, but I did. With the rock guitar and bright synth sounds, it becomes like one of those character themes (to, let’s say, a spunky girl) in a modern J-RPG. Cool to hear.

P.S. Leaving just the harmony in the fade out was a nice touch.

P.P.S. There’s quite a bit of reverb on those drums.

Indeed a completely different feel.
Just now the variety of sounds/instruments catches the spotlight.
Well done!

Yeah. Thanks guys for the respons. Realise the composition is 100 percent from SteelyFan. So he deserves all the credits. I only messed arround a little bit with it.

SteelyFan. Yes, you are right the reverb on the drums was not intended. I forgot to pull back the reverb knob. LOL.
