I am having an issue lately.

My sustain pedal for some reason just stops working every once in a while.  I checked if the switch was just changing on the pedal but that would just reverse the sustain.  Usually when I unplug it and plug back in it fixes.

I changed the pedal and it worked a few weeks but is starting again.  It did it to me today right at the end of our church service.

Two bad pedals in a row, doubtful, when plugging in the jack do you feel a bit of pressure, or is it real easy sloppy loose?  If loose it probably is losing contact, if so with board unplugged you could carefully reach in via the jack hole with the right tool and bend the jack contact spring arms as needed.
