Motifator.com is full of post how badly the ChickenSys handles their customer support. I have sended one bug report through their report system without never getting any answers.
I received one private message today, though.

This had nothing to do with “customer support” - we do not know whom you are nor do we know you are a customer. It was a private (well, it used to be private!) message to you; you have been posting incorrect information about Chicken Systems on this forum and we were simply and politely asking you to stop.
