I just downloaded KSOUNDS_PIANO1 onto a free-space flash drive and when I try to transfer into my ES, the 19 voices show up in the USER1 group as I scroll through them, however, no sound is produced.

What might I be missing ?

I don’t have this voice library, but I seem to recall that this voice library is delivered in two parts - the voice programming and the samples used to create those voices. I believe this was done to allow you to load a couple different variations of the sample waveforms. In any case, I’m pretty sure that there are instructions that describe how to load these voices included with the product. Check those out for detailed information on the product.
