I recently purchased a refurbished computer (wiped clean & freshly installed XP Pro) strictly for my music programs. I was able to load all my ES & XS Editors with no problem. When I tried to run Setup.exe on my AN & VH PLG Editors I recieved this message: The installsheild engine (ikernel.exe) could not be installed. The system cannot find the file specified. 

Does anybody know how to correct this?

I’m afraid those programs will only run on 32-bit systems.

I am pretty sure it is a 32 bit system.

In AN Expert Editor 1.2.2 there is a file ikernel.ex_
obviously the file you are looking for.
I don’t know why the expanding to ikernel.exe failed.

To be on the safe side I attach both
the 1.2.2 pack and the good old expand.exe

B.t.w., (un)expand was a very primitive compressor “avant la lettre”
probably created by Seattle Computer Products, who created MSDOS.

MSDOS COMMAND> EXPAND ABC.EX_ ABC.EXE (example).
If the pack I sent does not install because of absence of
the .exe file, put the expanded .exe in the zip and try again.
