Hi,
As Yamaha no longer supports PLG cards, would anyone be interested in a new stand alone updated 1 u rack for the PLG cards.
Bad_Mister, is it possible to start a pole on this site?
Kenton discontinued the original Plugstation.
regards,
James

Before you do a poll, why not contact Kenton and ask them why they discontinued their unit… Let us know what they say.

No need to be coy, B.M. We don’t need to ask Kenton...it was because they couldn’t sell enough of the units.

If you want to upgrade to an XS machine but still use your PLG cards, look into a used Yamaha rack...CS6, Motif, Motif ES, one of the MU series, etc.

Was I being coy? :^) Perhaps the poster knew something we missed… I don’t know, perhaps they were very successful somewhere in the world. I’d sure like to know if that were the case.

The MU128, MU1000, MU2000 can hold 3 boards a piece. Th VL70-m is still an available product. And as you mentioned the CS6R and the Motif Rack and Rack ES… etc.

The PLGs had a great run…
