Where can i get a download for the replacement samples/data that originally came with the board.  Is it available?

Did you get the board as part of a promotional package? When buying flash boards by themselves there are no samples provided.

You should contact Yamaha customer service.

It is interesting to note though the different marketing products adopted by Yamaha US, Australia and Europe.  In particular both the Motif 10th and 40th Anniversary Contents packages were different - the European version came with the FL1024M card while here in Oz and the US we only get the FL512M card. I also think the European 10th Anniversary pack came with Peter Jung’s Symphonic Orchestra as well as the CS80 library.
Now I see in the US you’re able to get the 40th Anniversary pack for buying a black Motif XF - perhaps Yamaha are trying to boost sales before the intro of the Yamaha ‘Montage’ :)

I bought the Motif Premium Collection which came with a FL1024 flash board.

The Premium Collection came with:

- Chick’s Mark V electric piano
- Peter Jung’ Symphonic Orchestra
- Peter Jung’s CS-80
- CP-1 piano samples

The sounds (sample data) are delivered on a separate USB thumb drive. This allows for choosing which waveforms should be installed on your flash board.

So you should try to find your USB thumb drive with those samples. I don’t think there is a download available since it’s commercial, copyrighted data.

Perhaps you can contact your dealer where you purchased your board?
