Hi all! Is it possible to load XS voices/sounds into a MOXF? Are they compatible?

Not directly. All MOX data and some XF data (Voices, Performances, Arps, and Waveforms) can be loaded to the MOXF. XS data would have to be converted via third party software.

Is there something in particular you’re looking for?

Hi, Well I have a friend with a Motif XS with a lot of custom made sounds that are really good and I just wondered if it would be somehow possible to load them into a MOXF.

Yes, if converted, with one more consideration - if the “custom made sounds” include samples, then the MOXF will need to have a flash memory module installed.
