Hi! I recently bought a Moxf6, my first proper synth since the Roland JV series still was in production (guitar player). I have made great progress in learning how the synth works but I struggle with the arpeggiator. I have checked the data list but cannot figure out how to use the arpeggiator like the ones you found in old school synths like the Jupiter. I would like to know how to engage the arp with classic up/up&down;arps over one or several octaves. The data list is quite overwhelming for me and I dont quite understand how this works. Another question, I have quite a lot of Yamaha gear, among those a THR amp. Would it be possible to route the sound of the Moxf via cubase/usb to the THR. The yamaha steinberg driver doesnt seem to allow using two usb audio units at once? |

Welcome to the forum. You might want to look at Arpeggio Types in the MOXF Data List having Main Category “Seq”, Sub Category “Genrl” - numbers 7363 through 7584. There are numerous ones with names that include Up, Down, U/D.

You’re welcome.

Sorry, I don’t use Cubase or a THR amp. Hopefully another member will weigh in on the issue. If not, you might want to post at one of the Steinberg Cubase forums. |
