Hello,
I am having a great time learning basic keyboard skills and everything I can about the moxf6.
I dont want to use a pre recorded arpeggio.
Is there an easier way about this?
Thanks for your help! |

Welcome to the forum.
Your Performance can be copied to a Song, using a Mixing Job.
Also see pages 114-115 (Mixing Play),

Thanks for the reply. I think I’m not describing very well why I want to do.
I tried making a drum loop using two tracks in the pattern record mode.
All I am trying to do is play while in performance mode because I want to use the custom performance patch I made and play along to a custom drum patch. I know this has to be easy but I’m struggling figuring it out. |

You’re welcome. Let’s try again…
Â
You have to specify which Tracks to use for the Arp . See Creating an Arpeggio on page 125 of the MOXF Reference Manual.
Â
Well, that’s not the same as “play[ing] a performance over the top of a song”. Â :-) Once you create the Arp as you want it, then one Part of the Performance should use the appropriate Drum Voice with that Arp applied. That will leave three Parts available for your custom Performance. However, if your custom Performance already uses all four Parts, then what you want to do can’t be done. In that case, see my previous post. |

Thanks for your help.
I will have to create a pattern on a single track. |

I hate to repeat myself, but…
Up to four Tracks can be used. Up to 16 different notes can be used. Please read the manual. |
