I purchased a library (80s Pop/rock volume I) at playkeyz on Friday and I haven’t received anything yet. I sent Rick an email but with the same luck. What should I do?

I posted a response to your PM a short time ago, I am re-posting it here:

I have no connection to Playkeyz, and don’t own any products of theirs.  I know that many people here have purchased and used the 80’s Libraries, and that the VOICES get high marks from users.

I also know that over the years, there have been some complaints about slow delivery of product from Playkeyz, although I do not know of any purchasers that have ultimately not received what they bought.

Here is a thread that deals specifically with this issue:

This thread also contains member information about the owner of Playkeyz (Rick, aka Mofit)

You will need to decide how to proceed.  If you would really like to have the VOICES in the Library, I’d try to contact the seller again, and/or give him some additional time.

Near the bottom of the Private Message screen is an “Option"…
“[ ] Store a copy in the Sent messages folder?”
You have to click on the box to place a check mark there if you want a copy.

I just purchased the two 80s sets yesterday from their website and payed through paypal.  From the previous posts I know it is slow getting the sets, but I did not receive any confirmation .  Is playkeyz still in business?
