Interested to see the community’s interest in Eurorack.

Keyfax has created a Google survey and would like to see what sort of interest there is in the format from a traditional ‘keyboard’ community like we have here at Motifator.

A mailer has been sent out to MoBros and MoSis’s but in case such gets overlooked or deposited into spam, here’s the link to the survey:

Your survey had some issues for me. I used to own Eurorack (and other modular) but no longer do. No way to indicate that. It didn’t allow multiple choices to questions where more than one applied.

For us falling into the ‘I’m interested and thinking about starting a system’ category, the wording from the 2nd page onwards meant that we couldn’t really answer any further. It was all about how one is using one’s system, so not sure if I should interpret that to also include ‘how will you use’(if you ever get one).

We didn’t really consider there’d be people who’d have have come and gone, so to speak, but very interested to hear from meatballfulton - here on the forum I guess - why?

The survey is to gauge what level of current/on-going interest there is amongst musicians who use or have used more conventional types of equipment to date. If you fall into the ‘interested’ category then, yes, the subsequent questions don’t really apply right now and it would be best to answer N/A than give a ‘what I would do’ answer as we’d like to get solid info on what those who are using Eurorack currently, are actually doing with it!

But, answering the survey at all is extremely helpful so anyone else wondering if it’s worth stating their ‘interest,’ even if they can’t supply much more info at the moment, yes it is!

We’ve had a pretty good response so far so thanks to all who have taken a few moments to do the survey. And we hope all who have done so will enjoy their free ASSR video download too.
